The Menü-Manufaktur Hofmann has always been cooking traditionally and artisanally with focus on detail.

What we do:

  • We insert the shish kebab skewers manually with care
  • We wrap the roulades manually with expertise
  • We conscientiously fill, insert and then crumb the Cordon Bleus manually
  • We fill the pancake carefully and then roll or fold it
  • Princess beans are artfully wrapped in bacon
  • The Schnitzel is crumbed manually

Prepared by a master hand

In our manufacture, individual meat components, such as pork and beef fillets, roulade meat, etc., are hand-cut by our chefs with expertise. The subsequent classic roast of our meat products is the basis of our homemade sauces.
